Senior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer with AI and Databricks

We are looking for aSenior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer to support data-driven decision-making by designing, modeling, and visualizing data across multiple platforms, with a focus on AI-enabled workflows and Databricks. The role involves working with SAP BI tools, integrating data from various sources, and contributing to modern data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAP Datasphere specialists to develop data models in SAP Datasphere, including both graphical and SQL-based views
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud
• Collect and integrate data from multiple external sources via APIs, and handle various authentication methods such as Bearer tokens and OIDC certificates
• Translate stakeholder reporting requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance optimization across reporting solutions
• Leverage modern data platforms such as Databricks for advanced data engineering and analytics use cases
• Develop scripts and automation using Python for data processing and integration in a Databricks environment
• Maintain version control and collaborate on code and assets via GitHub

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling and reporting
• Experience working with APIs and authentication mechanisms such as Bearer token and OIDC
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows using GitHub
• Proficiency in SQL
• Exposure to Databricks or similar data platforms
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python for data processing or automation
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience in SAP HANA
