Key responsibilitiesforthisrole include:
Driveeffectiveimplementation ofthe compliance program throughthe business in all applicable regions including but not limited to, Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica.
Establish strategiesforcommunicating policy changesand ensurethattrainingand otherrelevantmaterialsareupdated accordingly.
Provide hands-on supportforemployees inanswering compliance-related questions on policy.
Collaboratewith cross-functional teamstoassesscompliancerisksanddevelopmitigationstrategies.
Conduct regular compliance monitoring,auditsandreviews,identifyingareasfor improvementandimplementing correctiveactions.
Conduct quarterly compliance ride a-longs with sales representatives in Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica.
Assist indesigningandimplementing efficientandeffectiveFCPAcontrols throughouttheorganization.
Stay informedabout emerging compliance trends, technologies,and regulatory developments inthe financialindustry.
Helpwith special projectsand other assigned duties.
Theminimum qualificationsforthisroleare:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degreerequired.
3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
However, a combination of experienceand/oreducation will betakeninto consideration.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing in English, Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese will be an advantage.
Excellent oralandwrittencommunication skills.
Exceptionalorganizational skillsand keenattentiontodetail.
Demonstrate current working knowledge ofvariousrules,regulations,and industry guidancerelevanttohealthcare compliance.
Strongfamiliaritywithcomponents ofcomplianceprograms; specific experience intraining,communicationsand/or businessprocessdevelopment.
Great interpersonal skills,abilityto work collaborativelyandcrossfunctionally
Demonstrate high standards of conductand ethicsas wellasappropriatejudgment, independence,anddiscretion.
Abilityto beproactive, exercisejudgmentand managemultiple responsibilities simultaneously.
