We are looking for aSenior Backend Developer with experience inPython building backend services and integrations, withindigital marketing, marketing automation, or SEM-related environments. The role will involve connecting internal systems with advertising and marketing platforms, working with APIs, processing marketing and campaign data, and supporting reliable automation workflows. Experience withPython is highly valued, although strong backend engineers working with comparable languages and technologies are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as aBackend Engineer or in a similar software engineering role

  • Professional experience withPython

  • Experience building and maintainingthird-party API integrations

  • Experience withmarketing automation, digital advertising, SEM, MarTech, or AdTech integrations

  • Familiarity integrating with platforms such asGoogle Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, or similar marketing and advertising ecosystems

  • Experience working withcampaign, conversion, attribution, keyword, or performance marketing data

  • Strong proficiency in relational databases such asPostgreSQL

  • Experience withcaching systems such as Redis

  • Familiarity withAWS or similar cloud platforms

  • Practical knowledge of using AI in the daily development workflow, with tools such asClaude Code or Codex

  • Ability to design backend workflows for automating marketing processes, synchronizing data, and handling scheduled or event-driven integrations

  • Experience using Datadogor other monitoring and observability tools

  • Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka; hands-on experience is a plus

  • Strong English communication skills - MinimumB2 level proficiency
