About the Position
We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced TransportationSrAnalyst. The role will reportto the GCC Transportation Manager (Global Capability Center). This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successfulcandidatemustdemonstrate a strong ownership mindset, be ready to drive execution directly, and act as a problem solver.This roleis responsible for end-to-end Transportation & Logistics execution, delivering safe, reliable service at the best total cost.We’re looking for a self-starter withstrong teamleader skills, someone who coaches, holds clear expectations, and drives continuous improvement in performance,cost, andcarrier management.You’ll work closely with Business Unit and GBS partners and build strong day-to-day collaboration withstakeholders to improve service,optimizespending, and resolve issuesin a timely manner.
Inbrief,you willberesponsiblefor:
AllTransportation Execution processes across regional distributionPODs by daily monitoring of queries via TMS,ensuring orders are optimized & shipped on time
Develop and maintain KPI reporting and data analysis for ORDD/CRDD and LWA, translating insights into actionable performance recommendations
Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives to drive service, cost, and process optimization
Lead daily monitoring and triage of TMS queries to ensure orders areoptimized, exceptions are resolved quickly, and shipments move on time
Facilitate communications/coordination between internal customer groups and external carrier contacts to ensure attainment of service level objectives
Monitor data flows between ERP system, TMS, and WMS systems to ensure synchronization for successful transportation execution
Identify Gaps in transportation capacity andinitiateaccurate measures withthe Transportation Capacity Planning team.
Daily interaction with off-site carriers and on-site carrier partners to resolve service and capacity issues with criticalissues to management as needed.
Identify opportunities acrosstransportation network & activities to enable service & cost improvement
Qualificatons:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of Transportation & Logistics experience, ideally inFMCG/CPG/3PL, with increasing scope and ownership
Strong knowledge of transportation execution and upstream/downstream dependencies (planning, customer/service impacts, warehouse interfaces)
Proficiency in transportation systems and visibility tools (TMS, OTM, SAP,Tracking tools), with the ability to troubleshoot data/process issues acrossERP/TMS/WMS flows
Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement and operational excellence using data (e.g., root cause analysis, KPI tracking, standard work), with clear examples of cost, service, or productivity impact
Strong stakeholder communication skills, including influencing business partners and driving alignment across carriers, customer groups, and internal teams.
