Senior AI Engineer with Databricks, LangGraph

We are looking for aSenior AI Engineer to support technical enablement initiatives, bootcamps, and workshop delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical bootcamps and hands-on enablement sessions
• Deliver code-first learning experiences rather than slide-based training
• Build demos, labs, and reusable enablement assets
• Design workflows, automations, and solution bundles that accelerate adoption and improve enablement outcomes
• Travel and deliver sessions onsite as needed
• Build expertise in emerging technologies and apply them rapidly to enablement content

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering and software development
• Proficiency in Python, including advanced backend development
• Expertise in LangGraph and MLflow, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in each
• Skills in Databricks, CI/CD, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cline, and GitHub Copilot
• Excellent technical storytelling and communication skills
• Capability to facilitate hands-on workshops and bootcamps confidently
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

• Skills in designing workflows and automation solutions that improve processes and enhance enablement offerings
• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development practices
