Senior AI-Augmented Engineer

• Takeend-to-end ownership of solutions, from problem definition through implementation and production.
• Design and develop primarilybackend-focused solutions, while contributing across the full technology stack when required.
• Build and maintain scalable solutions and cloud infrastructure in aproduction environment.
• Develop and maintainCI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Work withevent-driven architectures, including RabbitMQ and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Contribute to frontend development when required.
• Implement and maintainunit, integration and end-to-end testing practices.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements aroundreliability, performance, security and observability.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining engineering quality and ownership.
• Investigate technical issues, solve complex problems and makepragmatic engineering trade-offs.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and contribute to improving the team's overall engineering standards.

your profile👀

• Extensive engineering experience and a production-oriented mindset.
• Strong expertise in acompiled language, preferablyGo; Java, Scala or C++ are also relevant.
• Strongrelational database and SQL knowledge, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience withAWS, Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong scripting capabilities withPython, Bash or Ruby.
• Familiarity withTypeScript, Angular or React.
• Experience with production environments and tools such asOpenTelemetry and New Relic.
• Comfortable working withAI-assisted development tools, such as OpenAI Codex and Claude.
• Strongdebugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, make pragmatic decisions and take ownership of technical work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
