Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implementSemarchy xDM data models aligned with business needs
  2. Configurebusiness rules, validations, and enrichment logic
  3. Implement and optimizematching rules,duplicate detection, andmerge strategies
  4. Define and managesurvivorship rules for accurategolden record creation
  5. Managemerge and unmerge processes while ensuring data traceability
  6. Design and maintainworkflows for data governance and stewardship
  7. Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements
  8.  
  9. Participate in unit testing, defect fixing, and documentation

 

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Required Skills

  1. Strong hands-on experience inSemarchy xDM
  2. Deep understanding ofmatching processes, survivorship, and golden record management
  3. Experience handlingduplicate management and merging strategies
  4. Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise
