We're recruiting aSecurity Officer to join our team at a secure site in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long term role with consistent daytime hours, no night shifts, no weekend working, and a competitive rate of pay.

Whether you're an experienced Security Officer or looking to continue your career in the industry, you'll be joining a professional team where reliability, customer service, and safety are valued.

What you'll be doing

✅ Managing access for staff, visitors, and contractors

✅ Conducting site patrols and security checks

✅ Maintaining a safe and secure environment

✅ Responding to incidents and security concerns

✅ Completing reports and site documentation

✅ Providing a professional and welcoming presence on site

What we're looking for

✅ Valid SIA Licence

✅ Professional and reliable approach

✅ Strong communication and customer service skills

✅ Ability to remain calm under pressure

✅ 5 year checkable work and/or education history

✅ Eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance
