More about the role
We are now looking for aSAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Lead Functional Engineer (O2C – Make) to own run and support activities across Manufacturing and Order‑to‑Cash, driving system stability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Your Role
As theSAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Lead, you will provide technical leadership in a post go‑live environment, working closely with business stakeholders, partners, and global IT teams to support efficient production and fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead run & support activities forSAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and O2C (Make) aligned with the global template
Provide expert support acrossPP, PP/DS, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control
OverseeMES integration and production execution processes
Lead end‑to‑endAMS activities: incidents, service requests, defects, root cause analysis
Ensure smooth integration withSD (Production‑to‑Order, aATP, fulfillment)
Drive impact analysis, testing, and high‑quality delivery of enhancements
Support critical manufacturing cycles (month‑end, year‑end close)
Provide technical guidance, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the global team
What We’re Looking For
Degree inEngineering, IT, or a related technical field
Extensive hands‑on experience withSAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (PP/PP‑DS) and O2C
Strong understanding ofMake‑to‑Stock, Make‑to‑Order, Discrete/Repetitive Manufacturing
Experience leading support in aglobal AMS or production environment
Proven ability to handlecomplex incidents and system enhancements
Deep knowledge of integration withSupply Chain, Finance, and Quality
Strong Agile / Scrum and service management mindset
SAP Manufacturing certification is astrong advantage
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Fluent English
