As a Sales Development Representative (gn) with an outbound focus, you identify strategic target accounts, run proactive cold outreach, and generate high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. You work closely with New Business, Marketing, and your team lead, directly contributing to our growth in the enterprise segment. - You identify relevant target companies and independently build a structured target list
- You run active cold outreach and contact leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- You develop messaging approaches that clearly communicate the value of our multi-benefit portfolio
- You generate qualified first meetings for our Account Executives and document all activities cleanly in the CRM
- You actively bring market feedback back to the team and contribute to optimizing our outbound strategies
- You ideally have initial experience in sales, customer service, or a communication-driven role
- You enjoy making calls, proactively reaching out to people, and can communicate value clearly and convincingly
- You work in a structured way, keep your KPIs in focus, and bring a high level of self-motivation
- CRM tools like HubSpot or Dynamics don't intimidate you
- You communicate confidently in German (C2) and are eager to grow through continuous feedback
