About The Role:
We’re looking for an experiencedSage Intacct Reporting Specialist to work with one of ourU.S.-based clients to build and optimize custom financial reports and dashboards across15+ entities. The goal is to reduce reliance on manual, Excel-based consolidation by implementing scalable, native Intacct reporting while improving visibility into entity-level and consolidated financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build custom financial reports inSage Intacct Report Writer / Financial Report Writer, including:
• Multi-entity trial balances
• Consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Entity-level financial reports
• MTD, YTD, TTM, and budget vs. actual reporting
• Consolidated and entity-level views with drill-down capability
• Advise on, configure, and optimizeStatistical Accounts, Dimensions, Chart of Accounts, and related Intacct settings to support accurate multi-entity reporting and rollups.
• Design custommanagement and board-level dashboards covering KPIs such as recurring vs. non-recurring revenue, EBITDA by entity, deferred revenue schedules, and other key metrics.
• Supportmulti-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations within Intacct.
• Review existingExcel-based reporting logic and replicate or improve it natively within Sage Intacct.
• Advise on data workflows betweenSage Intacct and Snowflake to support Power BI reporting and/or Native AI integration (Claude).
• Document report logic and create ahandoff guide so the internal finance team can independently maintain and modify reports.
• Conduct lighttraining sessions for the internal team on report maintenance and ad hoc modifications.

Key Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building custom reports in Sage Intacct, beyond simply using standard/default reports.

Strong practical experience with:

• Sage Intacct Report Writer / Financial Report Writer
• Custom Reports
• Dashboard modules
• Multi-entity reporting
• Consolidations
• Intercompany eliminations
• Experience working withprivate equity, holding company, SaaS, or roll-up business structures is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding offinancial reporting, chart of accounts, dimensions, statistical accounts, and entity structures.
• Ability to take an existingExcel-based reporting model and translate its logic into a scalable Intacct reporting solution.
• Experience working withSnowflake, Power BI, or financial data warehouse workflows is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to document technical reporting logic in a way that is easy fornon-technical finance users to understand.
• Comfortable working independently in aproject-based / consulting capacity, identifying reporting gaps and recommending practical solutions.
