We are on the lookout for a RPF Agentto join our Risk, Payment and Fraud Department.

Role overview

As anAgent in the Risk, Payment and Fraud Department, you will be responsible for making payments and verifying fraud patterns. Your role involves self-verifying customers, resolving payment issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you'll collaborate with your team to improve service quality and stay updated on our products and services. Your efforts will be key to maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Payment Processing: Process small payments and ensure they are handled accurately and in line with established procedures.
• Violation Analysis: Review and analyze key violations to identify recurring issues and potential risks.
• Case Verification: Independently verify cases and review relevant information to ensure accurate decisions.
• Fraud Detection: Analyze cases to identify fraud patterns, suspicious behavior, and different types of violations.
• Reporting: Present analysis results clearly and in accordance with company requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights, improve processes, and maintain a high quality of service.

• Background: Educational or professional background in Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent Russian, both written and spoken, and Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English, both written and spoken.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat, email, and other standard communication tools.

Work conditions

• The first month is training (paid), schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 18:00.
• After the training shift work schedule, evening shifts 16:00 - 00:00, 5 working days per week for 8 hours, weekends are floating.
