Risk, Fraud & Payments Specialist (Hybrid)

Our client is looking for aRisk, Fraud & Payments Specialist to join their team inSliema, Malta.

This is a hands-on role coveringpayments, fraud prevention and investigations, working closely with Compliance and other internal teams. It's a great opportunity for someone analytical, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payouts accurately and efficiently

• Investigate fraud, crypto and payment-related cases

• Identify unusual patterns and potential abuse

• Work closely with Compliance on fraud and payment queries

• Analyse payment and fraud data and prepare reports

• Contribute to automation and risk-scoring improvements

• Suggest new ways to improve fraud prevention and payment processes

Requirements

• Previous experience inRisk, Fraud and/or Payments, ideally within iGaming or Crypto

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot unusual patterns

• Confident decision-making based on data

• Highly proactive and able to work independently

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player attitude

• Fluent written and spoken English

Working model: Hybrid
Salary: €32K–€34K

This isnot a management position, although previous leadership experience would be considered an advantage for future career progression.
