About the Role

We are seeking a skilledReltio MDM Developer with2–5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) to join us asAssociate, Data Managementwho will design, develop, and implement scalable MDM solutions on theReltio platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inReltio configuration/Integration Hub, Lifecycle Actions (LCA), Java-based development, and API integrations, along with domain experience inPharma/Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implementReltio MDM solutions, including data models, entities, relationships, and hierarchies

  • ConfigureL3 Configuration, Entity Data Modelingand developLifecycle Actions (LCA) for event-driven data processing and business workflows

  • DevelopJava-based custom logic/services to support Reltio integrations and extensions

  • Implement and managematch/merge rules and survivorship strategies for golden record creation

  • Build and maintainreal-time and batch integrations usingREST APIs, messaging, and file-based approaches

  • Work withReltio Integration Hub (RIH) or equivalent frameworks for data ingestion and distribution

  • Configure and managecrosswalks, reference data, and group attributes

  • Develop and enforcedata quality rules, validation, and enrichment processes

  • Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams for seamless data consumption

  • Supportdata governance and stewardship workflows, including DCR lifecycle

  • Ensuredata lineage, traceability, and compliance across MDM processes

  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance of Reltio implementations

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with2–4 years of experience in IT, Engineering, or related field
    (or equivalent experience)

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience withReltio MDM platform

  • Deep expertise inLifecycle Actions (LCA) development and event handling in Reltio

  • Strong programming skills inJava (for custom logic, APIs, and integrations)

  • Proficiency inSQL (advanced querying, data validation, performance tuning)

  • Good experience inPython for data processing and automation

  • Strong experience inAPI integrations (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture

  • Expertise in:

    • Match/Merge and survivorship rules

    • Data modeling (entities, relationships, hierarchies)

    • Crosswalks, reference data, and golden record concepts

  • Experience withbatch and real-time data integration patterns

  • Hands-on experience withUnix/Linux environments

  • Strong domain experience inPharma/Life Sciences, including:

    • HCP/HCO mastering

    • Affiliations

    • Product Master / Material Master

Good-to-Have Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience withPySpark, Databricks, and large-scale data processing

  • Experience withAWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.)

  • Experience withPostgreSQL or similar databases

  • Exposure toGenAI / AI-driven data use cases

  • Experience withReltio Integration Hub (RIH)

  • Knowledge ofdata visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

  • Familiarity withAgile tools (JIRA, Confluence)

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

  • Reltio MDM Certification

  • AWS / Cloud Certifications

  • Data Engineering / SQL Certifications

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders

  • Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams

  • Strong ownership and accountability

Preferred Experience

  • Experience inat least2 end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations

  • Experience inregulated Pharma/Life Sciences environments

  • Exposure toenterprise-scale MDM transformations
