Our client, an international audit, tax, and advisory firm, is currently looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in helping define the firm's approach to Governance, Risk, and Compliance, while supporting client-facing projects within a dynamic and supportive environment
This is a hybrid roleoffering a salary of up to €35K.
Please note that due to the urgency of the role, only candidates who are already based in Europe can be considered.
Role & Responsibilities
Guide clients through regulatory compliance obligations, covering data protection, AML, sanctions, and sector-specific requirements
Design and implement policies, procedures, and controls
Perform risk assessments and gap analyses to identify weaknesses in compliance and financial crime frameworks
Assist with regulatory reporting while ensuring compliance with local and international standards
Deliver training and awareness sessions covering compliance and financial crime matters
Keep track of regulatory changes and advise on emerging risks and obligations
Assist in audits, investigations, and remediation work tied to compliance breaches or financial crime incidents
Education, Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML, or financial crime
Bachelor (MQF Level 6) in Law, Criminology, Social Policy, Business Administration, or similar
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Familiar with key regulatory standards such as FATF, EU AML directives, OFAC, GDPR, and/or applicable local frameworks
Comfortable working with risk management methodologies and compliance monitoring systems
Strong analytical thinker with sharp problem-solving and communication abilities
Multitasking with ability to manage multiple projects
