Quality Engineer I

We are currently seeking aQuality Engineer I to join an international, innovative, and quality-driven environment. This is a6-month temporary position, with a strong possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supportsupplier quality and change control activities, ensuring compliance with established requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers onquality issue investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier performance throughquality metrics, risk assessments, and audits.
• Supportsupplier qualification, development, and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Participate inmanufacturing transfer, expansion, and readiness initiatives, working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Support the development and implementation ofmanufacturing quality processes, controls, and systems.
• Participate in investigations, risk assessments, andcontinuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product quality and operational efficiency.
• Communicate quality requirements, project status, risks, and recommendations tointernal teams and suppliers.

• Broad theoretical knowledge related to the position, typically acquired through specialized academic education.
• Minimum1 year of relevant experience in positions or functions related to the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively incross-functional teams and collaborative environments.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
