QA Engineer - Mobile & Test Automation

Our client is aleading digital healthcare and telemedicine company in Germany, which enables patients to receive medical advice and, at the doctor’s discretion, prescriptions and sick notes directly through the app.

We are looking for an experiencedQA Engineer to take ownership of test planning and quality assurance acrossnative iOS and Android applications, as well as web applications. You will combinemanual and automated testing, contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, and help drive the adoption ofAI tools within QA workflows as part of an AI-first development environment.

Responsabilities:

• Own and coordinatetest planning and test management across iOS, Android, and web applications.
• Design, structure, document, and maintaintest cases and test plans in Xray.
• Perform hands-onmanual testing where required.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improvetest automation.
• Identify opportunities to increase test coverage and improve overall product quality.
• Explore and promote the use ofAI tools within QA and testing workflows.
• Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate actively in anAgile development environment.
• Support defect identification, investigation, tracking, and resolution.

• Proven hands-on experience as aQA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer.
• Strong experience testingnative mobile applications on both iOS and Android.
• Experience testingweb applications.
• Practical experience withtest automation.
• Experience withXray or a comparable test management tool.
• Experience using or applyingAI tools within QA/testing processes.
• Experience working closely with software development teams in anAgile environment.
• Familiarity with tools such asJira, Confluence, Sentry, and Datadog.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills inEnglish.
• German language skills are a plus, but not required.
