The Role 

You'll take high-impact client projects from pitch through plan to delivery, running several concurrently across our Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems.You'll navigate complex enterprise environments, orchestrating cross-functional technical teams while keeping command over project health and delivery timelines. Clients judge us on whether projects land on time and on budget, and that call sits with you.You'll run both waterfall and agile delivery, choosing whichever fits the engagement, and useKantata and Jira to track health and surface risk before it becomes a problem.You'll carry real autonomy here, several live client relationships and direct executive exposure, with the final say on delivery calls. 

Whatyou'll do 

• Lead concurrent projects across our Salesforceand Adobe
  ecosystems, from platform upgrades through to full enterprise implementations. 

• Orchestrate delivery teams to deploy integrated front-office solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder client environments. 

• Own client communication as the hub between in-house technical teams, externalvendors and executive-level clients. 

• Report statuscoherently withtimely
  clear updates,
  whilst
  managing dependencies and mitigating risk tohit milestones and deliveroutcomes on time. 

• Manage project financials including budgets, resourceutilisation and revenue reporting, keeping every project on target margin. 

• Track delivery health inKantata and Jira, running waterfall or agile depending on what each engagement needs. 

Whatyou'll bring 

• Experience,5

  Management
  in adigital consultancy orprofessionalservices environment. 

• Multi-project delivery experience, running several concurrent enterprise client projects rather than one large programme. 

• Experiencedelivering Salesforce, with hands-on delivery experienceonAdobe
  as a‘Nicetohave’. 

• Financial ownership of project budgets,margin and revenue reporting alongside delivery timelines. 

• Stakeholdermanagement, confident as the single point of contact between technical teams,vendors and executive-level clients. 

• Delivery method range, equally comfortable running waterfall and agile and knowing which fits the engagement. 

• Tooling fluency with delivery and resourcing platforms such asKantata and Jira, or close equivalents.
