Project Manager (Large-Format Printing & Visual Communications)

Job Description
ABC Imaging is seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveProject Manager with an interest in thelarge-format printing and visual communications industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with theAdobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding ofdesign workflows, production coordination, and project management processes.

This role supports high-end retail clients and involves managing projects frominitial job setup through production, shipping, and final delivery. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and documentjob workflows and implement them into production processes
• Create and manageproduction schedules to ensure timely project completion
• Oversee the fullproject lifecycle from intake through delivery, ensuring quality and deadline compliance
• Maintain a strong eye forcolor accuracy, design quality, and production standards
• Coordinatepackaging, shipping preparation, and logistics tracking for all deliverables
• Manage project updates and communication usingMicrosoft Excel (intermediate level)
• Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
• Identify and resolveproduction or scheduling challenges through effective problem-solving
• Support continuous improvement ofworkflow efficiency and production processes

Qualifications

• Proficiency withAdobe Creative Suite (especially design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign)
• Strong organizational andtime management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and clients
• Strongproblem-solving abilities in fast-paced production environments
• Prior experience inprinting, media, or production environments preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalentwork experience
• Familiarity withprint production workflows and large-format graphics is a plus
