Production Specialist (Print Production & Workflow Coordination)

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized a Production Specialist to support and overseeprint production workflows and operational processes. This role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, meet strict deadlines, and maintain the highest standards ofquality, color accuracy, and production consistency.

The ideal candidate will have experience inproduction coordination, workflow management, and print operations support, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and documentjob workflows and production instructions for print projects
• Assist in creating and managingproduction schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Support management ofend-to-end production workflows from intake to completion
• Maintain a strong focus oncolor accuracy, print quality, and output consistency
• Coordinate with production teams toassign work and support workflow efficiency
• Assist in managingpackaging, fulfillment, and shipping preparation
• Overseeshipping logistics, tracking, and delivery coordination
• Support sourcing and evaluation ofnew print materials and production supplies
• Participate inresearch and development (R&D) for new production processes and workflow improvements
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute toprocess optimization and problem-solving
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting usingMicrosoft Excel and related tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inProduction Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (preferred)
• Experience inprint production, manufacturing, or production coordination roles
• Strong understanding ofproduction workflows and scheduling processes
• Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and basic production management tools
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail with a strong focus onquality assurance and consistency
