Job Responsibilities
You’ll work alongside talented engineers and cross-functional teams to design and build high-quality software while continuously improving the performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems.
You will:
Design and build scalable technology solutions that support Trafilea’s growth and the evolution of Trafilea Engine.
Develop new capabilities and continuously improve existing systems, with a strong focus oninternal APIs and infrastructure.
Writeclean, maintainable, and efficient code designed for high-scale environments.
Identifytechnical debt, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and implement solutions to address them.
Improvesystem performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
Contribute totechnical planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews, helping raise engineering standards.
Ensure strongobservability through effective logging, monitoring, alerting, and debugging practices.
Document technical solutions clearly to enable effectivecross-team collaboration.
Help shape the backlog and connecttechnical decisions and KPIs with product and business priorities.
4+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong Full Stack experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
Strongbackend development experience withNode.js / NestJS or comparable technologies.
Strongfrontend development experience withReact /Next.js.
Advanced proficiency inJavaScript and TypeScript, with solid experience designing and developingREST APIs.
Hands-on experience withAWS services and cloud-based environments.
Strong understanding ofsoftware architecture, scalability patterns, performance optimization, and system reliability.
Experience withautomated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Experience withCI/CD pipelines, modern development workflows, and engineering quality practices.
Experience withobservability and production systems, including monitoring, logging, debugging, and identifying technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
