Mindoula, through our clinical affiliateCareMind Health, is expanding our team and seekingBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrists to provide high-quality care across several top-tier hospitals in Maryland.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through interviews, history reviews, exams, and psychological testing

  • Diagnose patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans

  • Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications

  • Provide compassionate crisis intervention when needed

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Deliver virtual outpatient psychiatric services as needed

  • Support care coordination with case managers, families, and external providers

What We’re Looking For

  • Board Certified Psychiatrists (or Board Eligible) 

  • Licensure in Maryland with active DEA and CDS 

  • Those committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

  • MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital – Leonardtown, MD
