Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for aPressOperatorat ourCarrington, NDdurum milling and pasta production facility, where we produceDakota Growers pasta. 

Responsibilities: 

• Operate andmonitor the extrusion/press process, ensuring correct mix levels, ratios, and equipment performance 

• Check product quality during drying and quickly fix any issues 

• Set up and manage egg hoppers, ensuring proper loading and operation 

• Record machine readings and report any problemsimmediately 

• Keep work areas and equipment clean and safe 

• Perform die changes and use correct parts 

• Report machine issues, track downtime, andsubmit maintenance requests as needed 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution 

• Able to work weekends,holidays and overtime 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Manufacturing experience, with experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
