We are now looking for a junior to mid-levelPMO to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project management frameworks and standards for the organization.
  • Support project managers in the execution of projects, monitor compliance to project management methodologies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee project documentation and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Conduct project audits and assessments to ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
  • Provide training and support to project managers and team members on project management tools and methodologies.
  • Create and maintain project dashboards and performance metrics to track project status and deliverables.
  • Support the development of strategic project plans and assist in resource allocation.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • 2 - 4 Υears of experience in project management, preferably in a PMO role.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

    • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
    • Experience in risk management and project governance.
    • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
