We are on the lookout fora Payment Support Specialist to join our Finance Department.

Role overview

As a Payment Support Specialist, you’ll help keep our payment methods running smoothly across different markets. You’ll monitor payment systems, manage payment methods for different geographies, and work with payment providers to resolve issues and outstanding transactions.

You’ll also analyze logs and payment performance to spot issues, track how different methods are performing, and help ensure a smooth payment experience for users.

Responsibilities

• Payment Monitoring: Monitor payment systems to ensure payment methods are working properly across different markets.
• Payment Dashboard: Maintain up-to-date information on available deposit and withdrawal methods for each market.
• Method Management: Enable or disable payment methods for specific markets when technical issues or other problems arise.
• Payment Processing: Follow up on outstanding payments and work with payment providers to resolve payment-related issues.
• Log Analysis: Analyze system logs to identify payment issues and investigate their root causes.
• Performance Tracking: Collect and analyze statistics on payment method performance and reliability.

• Education: Higher education is required; a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
• Payment Systems: Basic understanding of how payment systems and payment methods work.
• Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with payment providers and internal teams.
• Language Skills: English at A2 level or higher.
