Job Overview

ThePACECareCenter Supervisoris responsible forsupportingall aspects ofselectedoperational areas at the assigned site. Theseoperationsmay include but not limited toclinical support, participant personal care, recreational therapies, administrative, nutritional, participant transportation and/or day center activities, all of which ensure theefficient and effectivedelivery ofhealth careand socialservices at theAltaMed PACE center.He/She willbe accountable to supporttheachievementofefficientoperationsper licensing, regulatory standards andcompany policies and procedures. Additionally,he/shewillcontributeadministrative skills and abilitiesto thestaffselection andretention process,annual budgets, process improvementeffortsand care coordination with internal and external resources. 

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or other health care discipline preferred. License required if he/she has clinical degree.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field required.

• Experience working collaboratively with some and/or all the following disciplines nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and/or gerontology required.

• Experience in process or quality improvement projects or activities preferred.

• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.

• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

$68,640.00 - $84,936.18 annually
