Overnight Construction Demo Laborer

Job Overview:
We are currently hiringOvernight Construction Laborers inSuisun City, CA to assist with demolition and site preparation on an active construction project. This role is ideal for individuals with experience indemo work, construction cleanup, and heavy lifting who are comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Performinterior demolition including removal of drywall, flooring, framing, cabinetry, and fixtures
• Assist withtear-out of walls, ceilings, and existing structures using hand and power tools
• Load and remove debris and construction materials from the job site
• Performconstruction cleanup and site preparation
• Assist skilled trades as needed on demolition and prep tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previousconstruction labor or demolition experience preferred
• Ability to performheavy lifting (50+ lbs) and physically demanding work
• Comfortable usingbasic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation toSuisun City job site
• Ability to workovernight shifts
