Offsite Events Distillery Supervisor

Event Supervisor will lead a team of 12-20 Shineslingers that will activate events throughout Florida. Our event supervisor will manage, coordinate, train and develop team members to go out and sell our Moonshine at events. The event supervisor role must be disciplined, hardworking and committed in growing the business.

TheEvent Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading on-site execution, staff management, and financial accountability for our events team. This role ensures flawless guest service standards, strict adherence to company policies, and precise financial reporting while maintaining event site cleanliness and brand integrity.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management, hospitality leadership, or a closely related supervisor role.
• Advanced proficiency withSquare POS (inventory, pricing, locations, and financial reporting).
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor percentages, cash audits, and DSRs.
• Experience utilizingSharePoint or similar cloud-based document management systems.
• Exceptional communication skills to deliver brand stories and enforce staff guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on the event schedule.
