- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Support configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and network devices under supervision.
- Prepare and maintainnetwork documentation, including network diagrams, IP planning sheets, and asset records.
- Develop and updateSOPs for basic network operations such as failover and link up/down procedures.
- Assist with network implementation, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the Network team to ensure smooth and secure network operations.
- Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge ofNetworking Fundamentals,OSI & TCP/IP models, andIP Addressing & Subnetting.
- Understanding ofRouting (Static, Default Routes) andSwitching concepts (MAC Table, VLANs, Trunking).
- Familiarity withARP, ICMP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Visio/draw.io,MS Excel, andMS Word.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
