.NET Team Lead

We are looking for a strong.NET Team Lead with full-stack expertise to design, architect, and deliver scalable solutions while guiding a team through the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Estimate features and create technical artifacts to support project planning
• Write and review code to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Deliver user stories in alignment with project timelines and business goals
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers throughout the development process
• Implement cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services
• Apply AI practices within the software development lifecycle
• Explore and implement agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with expertise in .NET, Azure, and React
• Strong backend development experience, including SQL
• Architectural mindset with proven experience in designing scalable solutions
• Experience leading teams, engaging stakeholders, and managing the delivery of user stories
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud services, including Functions and Durable Functions
• Experience integrating AI practices within the software development lifecycle
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the insurance value chain, especially from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding
• Knowledge of specialty products, especially in Excess lines like Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products, and Contractors
• Background in Actuarial reserving
