Todevelopandharmonizematureandrobust materialsandprocessspecificationsforMetallicTechnology
Togenerateandprovideengineeringmetallicmaterialandprocessdataallowable.You
define,specifyandvalidatemanufacturingprocessestoensurecorrect,mature materialsandmanufacturing
ToprovideyourmetaltechnologyexpertisetowardsPrograms,CoE,Procurement,Quality,CustomerServiceandprojects(plateau,MultifunctionalTeams)duringaircraftdevelopmentandservice
Toevaluatematerialrelated deviationsfromdefinitiondocumentsandsupportfailureanalysisfortestcell,manufacturingandinserviceissues
Tooverseethecompletematerialvaluechainfrom materialsoriginuntilrecycling
Practiceprojectmanagementbyprovidingweekly/monthlyreports,schedule,risk mitigation&monitoringthequalificationactivities
ActivelyparticipateandcontributetocleanskyandotherenvironmentinitiativesdrivenbyAirbusAdheretoAirbusprocedures,process,andwaysofworkingand developselfasanM&PEngineer

Exposure tomaterialtestingsuchasmechanical-tensile,fatigue,crackpropagation.Knowledgeontest

Exposuretovariousmanufacturingprocesses suchcasting,forgingandotheradvancedtechnologiessuchasadditivemanufacturingisdesirable
OverallKnowledgeofAirbusMaterialandproductswouldbeanaddedadvantage
KnowledgeofInternationalStandardslikeSAE,ASTM,ISO,BSetc.
