We're opening an excitingnew MECCA store in Macquarie, and we're looking for passionateFragrance Specialists to help bring it to life from day one.

Our Macquarie store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.
As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll bring the art of fragrance to life throughpersonalised scent consultations, expert recommendations and a genuine passion for the world of fragrance. You'll help customers discover scents that reflect their individuality, create meaningful connections through storytelling and expertise, and deliver memorable experiences that bring the MECCA magic to life every day.

Day to day responsibilities:
Be the go-to expert in store for all things fragrance;helpingour customers to find the bestscent for them andmaking sureeveryone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through-out the store

What success looks like in this role:
Proven fragranceexperience and knowledge of top, middle and base notes; for the body and home
Highly skilled attakingcustomers on a journey to find the rightfragrancenotesfor their needs, whether it be their new daily scent orproviding anin-depth wedding consultation helping thehappy couplechoose memorable scents for their special day.
Ability to deliver unforgettable moments forour customers that allow them to leave the store feeling amazing
