Location: Zimbabwe

We are seeking an experienced and drivenMarket Lead to drive commercial growth and market development within theanimal health sector across Zimbabwe and surrounding markets.

This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional with strong marketing expertise, a passion for building partnerships, and the ability to execute impactful strategies in a dynamic, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and executego-to-market and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Leadannual marketing plans, campaigns, and product positioning initiatives
• Conductmarket research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
• Support and collaborate withsales teams and distributors to increase product adoption
• Build and manage strong relationships withkey customers, distributors, and stakeholders
• Providetraining, tools, and marketing support to field teams
• Ensure alignment withregulatory requirements and quality standards
• Monitorsales performance, market share, and profitability
• Collaborate cross-functionally withRegulatory, Technical, and Finance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business, Animal Science, Veterinary Science or similar
• Minimum5–7 years’ experience in marketing or commercial roles within the animal health industry (preferred)
• Proven experience inmulti-country or regional market management
• Strong understanding ofanimal health markets and regulatory environments
• Excellentcommunication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Stronganalytical and strategic thinking ability
• Willingness totravel frequently within Zimbabwe and the region
