Location: Mauritius

We are seeking an experienced and drivenMarket Lead to drive commercial growth and market development within theanimal health sector across Mauritius and regional markets.

This role is ideal for a commercially strong professional with proven marketing expertise, the ability to build strategic partnerships, and experience operating in a multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and executego-to-market and marketing strategies to drive growth
• Leadannual marketing plans, campaigns, and product positioning
• Conductmarket research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
• Partner withsales teams and distributors to drive product uptake
• Build strong relationships withcustomers, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Providemarketing tools, training, and support to field teams
• Ensure compliance withregulatory and quality standards
• Monitorsales performance, market trends, and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams includingRegulatory, Technical, and Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business, Animal Science, Veterinary Science or similar
• Minimum5–7 years’ experience in marketing or commercial roles within the animal health industry (preferred)
• Experience working acrossregional or multi-country markets
• Strong understanding ofanimal health regulatory and commercial environments
• Excellentcommunication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Stronganalytical and strategic thinking capability
• Willingness totravel within the region as required
