Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit aManufacturing Shift Team Leaderfor the Long Acting Injectables (LAI) Production team at our Sapes premises.

As aManufacturing Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes through the effective training, management, and development of your team. You will ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with GMP standards.

More particularly:

What you will do:

  • Apply Good Manufacturing and Documentation Principles in all areas of responsibility
  • Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • In-room task assignments for all manufacturing employees of the specific shift to specific duties, based on their capabilities to ensure jobs are staffed with qualified people

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • College degree preferred B.Sc. Pharmacy or relevant to pharmaceutical industry

Minimum Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of team leading experience

Job-Specific Skills

  • Team management
  • Technical skills of aseptic area operations
  • CIP/SIP/Filling/Manufacturing/Autoclave operations
