IOTA Group is looking for an experiencedMaintenance Method Engineer - Rotating Equipment to support aleading international energy services company on theCeyhan PDH-PP Project.

This is afully remote assignment, supporting maintenance preparation and reliability activities for critical rotating equipment within a major petrochemical project.

As aMaintenance Method Engineer - Rotating Equipment, you will be responsible for defining, optimizing and implementing maintenance strategies and methods for critical rotating equipment, includingpumps, compressors, turbines and associated auxiliary systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define and updatemaintenance methods, procedures and job plans for rotating equipment.
  • Prepare comprehensivework packs, including job steps, required resources, tools and spare parts.
  • Support maintenance teams during complex technical interventions.
  • Analyze equipment performance and recommend corrective or reliability improvement actions.
  • Lead or contribute toRoot Cause Failure Analysis - RCFA following significant equipment failures.
  • Develop and monitor reliability indicators includingMTBF, MTTR and equipment availability.
  • Implement and improvepreventive, predictive and reliability-centered maintenance – RCM strategies.
  • Support predictive maintenance activities includingvibration analysis, thermography and oil analysis.
  • Contribute tospare parts strategies and inventory optimization.
  • Interface withOEMs, equipment suppliers and specialized service providers.
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with applicableHSE, quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in technical risk assessments, continuous improvement activities and, where required,HAZOP reviews.
  • Review plant design during the preparation phase to ensure adequateaccessibility and maintainability of rotating equipment.
  • Review spare-parts lists, special tools and maintenance facilities to ensure operational readiness prior to plant start-up.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inMechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum5 years of experience within apetrochemical plant, refinery or power plant environment.
  • At least3 years of experience in Maintenance Methods, Rotating Equipment Maintenance or Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge ofpumps, compressors, turbines and auxiliary systems.
  • Proven experience withpreventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and RCM.
  • Experience performing or supportingRCFA, troubleshooting, vibration analysis and/or lubricant oil analysis.
  • Familiarity withCMMS systems such as SAP PM or Maximo, including maintenance planning and spare-parts management.
  • Good knowledge of applicable industry standards, particularlyAPI, ISO and ASME.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation, maintenance procedures and structured work packs.
  • Strong awareness ofHSE requirements related to rotating-equipment maintenance.
  • Professional fluency in French and English is required.
  • Turkish language skills would be considered an advantage.
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Working schedule: 5 days per week
  • Expected start date: Between 15 September and 1 October 2026
  • Initial duration: 6 months
