- Ifsafety andenvironmentalaccidentsoccurwithinthefactory,suchasinjuries,chemicalleaks,chemical reactions,fires,etc.,this positionmustorganizepersonnelforon-siteemergencyresponseaccordingtothe emergencyplan.
- Formulateproceduresforemergencyrepairs,implementresponsibilitiesandsystems,andguide,organize,andsuperviseon-siteemergencyrepairwork.
- MaintenanceDepartment: Division of responsibilities amongmechanical,electrical,and instrumentationprofessionals,alongwithprofessionalguidanceandEHSmanagement.
- Formulatemaintenanceplansforequipmentandfacilities,andorganizetheirimplementationandsupervision.
- Duringroutineinspections,when equipmentorfacilityissuesarefound,guiderelevant personneltohandlethempromptlyandresolve themfundamentally.
- Forequipmentandfacilityfailuresorhiddendangers,organizerelevantpersonneltoconductrootcauseanalysisandimplementcorrectiveandpreventivemeasures.
- Leadengineering renovationandtechnicaltransformationprojects withinthefactorytoensuresafe,timely,and high-qualitycompletionanddelivery.Compliancemanagement of relevant laws,regulations,andregulationsensuresthat maintenance systemspassgovernment departmentsorgroup auditsand inspections.
- MaintenanceworkandEHSmanagementrelatedtoengineeringprojectstoensurethesafeexecutionanddeliveryofrelatedwork.
- Comprehensivemanagementofmaintenance andengineeringcontractorstoensurecontractorEHSperformancemeetsstandards.
- TheMaintenanceDepartmentactivelyrespondstotheneedsofotherdepartments,maintainingpolite,effective,andhonestcommunication.
- 接受公司EHS相关培训；接受政府部门和集团的EHS培训并记录备案。
- 严格遵守工厂安全、环保、职业卫生、和安保的规章制度；遵守公司的《员工守则》。
- 工厂内发生安环事故事件，如 人员受伤、化学品泄漏、化学品反应、火灾等， 本岗位需要按照应急预案组织人员现场应急。
- 制订紧急维修相关程序，落实相关责任和制度，指导、组织、监管现场紧急维修工作。
- 维修部门 机、电、仪各专业人员职责分工、并给予专业指导和EHS 相关管理。
- 制订设备设施维护保养计划，并组织实施和监管。
- 日常巡检，发现设备设施问题时指导相关人员及时处理，并从根本上解决。
- 对于设备设施故障或隐患，组织相关人员进行根本原因分析，落实纠正预防措施。
- 主持工厂内的工程改造项目和技改项目，确保项目安全、及时、质量的完成并交付。
- 工程相关的法律法规、规定的符合性管理，确保维保体系通过政府部门或集团的审核和检查。
- 维修工作、工程项目相关EHS 管理，确保相关工作安全的进行和交付。
- 维保和工程承包商全面管理，确保承包商EHS 表现达标。
- 领导维修部积极响应其他部门的相关需求，保持礼貌、有效和诚实的沟通。
