Maintenance Engineer (济南）_VM

Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.

Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently, ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.

博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。

公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。

• Activities for stabilizing machine performance and continuous improvements, including data-driven analysis and digitalization initiatives.
• 开展稳定设备性能和持续改进的活动，包括数据驱动分析和数字化倡议。

1. Spare parts preparation

备件准备

• Defining spare parts requirements
• 定义/明确备件需求。
• Tracking abnormal usage of spare parts
• 追踪备件的异常消耗。
• Developing alternative solutions when spare parts are not available
• 在备件不可用时，开发替代解决方案。
• Supporting spare parts localization projects
• 支持备件国产化/本地化项目。
• Organizing trial runs for repaired key spare parts
• 组织已修复关键备件的试运行。

1. Maintenance competence development for responsible machines

所负责设备的维护能力建设

• Recording and analyzing equipment failure data to provide improvement recommendations (Exploring data patterns for predictive maintenance)
• 记录并分析设备故障数据，提供改进建议。（探索数据模式以实现预测性维护）
• Following the competence development plan
• 遵循/执行能力发展计划。
• Attending know-how exchange activities within IPN
• 参加 IPN（国际生产网络）内的技术诀窍/经验交流活动。
• Training and guiding other team members to enhance equipment maintenance skills (Promoting digital and intelligent maintenance awareness within the team)
• 培训和指导其他团队成员以提升设备维护技能。（在团队内推广数字化和智能化维护意识）

      4. Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and technical support.

          与供应商及内部团队通力合作，确保及时的设备维修与技术支持。

      5. Performing TPM activities from the maintenance perspective

          从维护角度执行 TPM（全员生产维护）活动

• Regularly reviewing and updating PM (Preventive Maintenance) items
• 定期审查并更新预防性维护（PM）项目。
• Summarizing key malfunctions (long breakdowns or repeated problems) via PSS, and defining standard reaction plans for identical problems (error search plans), preferably digitizing these plans into system-based decision trees.
• 通过 PSS（问题解决表）总结关键故障（长时间停机或重复性问题），并为同类问题定义标准响应计划（排错计划），优先将这些计划数字化为基于系统的决策树。
• Participating in TPM activities, playing a major role in TPM review meetings, and supporting the improvement of TPM maturity
• 参与 TPM 活动，在 TPM 评审会议中担当主要角色，助力提升 TPM 成熟度。

      6. Supporting the planning and release of new machines

          支持新设备的规划与释放

• Supporting the definition of technical specifications for new machines (Ensuring new machines meet interconnectivity and data acquisition standards for intelligent maintenance)支持制定新设备的技术规范。（确保新设备符合智能化维护的互联互通及数据采集标准）
• Reviewing and summarizing historical machine problems, equipment concept failures, and related improvements; evaluating potential MAE (Machine and Equipment) improvements审查并总结历史设备问题、设备概念设计缺陷及相关改进；评估设备潜在的改进空间。
• Executing MAE release and MAE A/B/C classification according to the standard checklist根据标准检查表执行设备释放及 MAE A/B/C 分级。
• Supporting MAE commissioning支持设备的调试与试运行。

      7. Technical preparation for machine overhauling

          设备大修的技术准备

• Preparing the evaluation checklist for machine overhauling准备设备大修评估检查表。
• Preparing the overhauling proposal准备大修方案/建议书。
• Coordinating the overhauling project协调大修项目。

      8. Contributing to cross-functional improvements, e.g., CO2 reduction, System CIP projects, Shop floor CIP projects, etc.

Education学历

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 本科及以上学历。

Skills技能

• Strong fault analysis and resolution skills. Solid foundation and hands-on experience in PLC software for troubleshooting and logic optimization.

• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

Experience工作经验

• Three years+ maintenance working experience;
• 三年以上工作经验；
• Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;

• Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in  automotive industry will be a plus;
