We are seeking a proactive and strategic Loss Prevention Specialist to support business units in Turkey and the East Mediterranean region. This role is essential in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and culture ,labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to Loss Prevention (LP) processes
  • Monitor CCTV, EAS (alarm), and other security systems regularly
  • Identify in-store risks and develop preventive actions
  • Analyze suspicious activities, prepare reports, and share them with relevant departments
  • Ensure compliance with LP standards by conducting store visits, field inspections, and online audits
  • Support inventory counting processes
  • Take part in pre-opening store security checks (cameras, alarms, tagging systems, etc.)
  • Track, analyze, and provide improvement suggestions for LP KPIs
  • Monitor store teams’ compliance with LP procedures and provide training on LP policies and procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management or similar
  • Previous experience inLoss Prevention, Security Operations, Retail Operations, or Audit is an advantage
  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability toanalyze suspicious activities and prepare detailed reports
  • Good understanding ofretail store operations and inventory processes
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability towork independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Willingness to conductstore visits and field inspections
  • Proficiency inMS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good command ofEnglish (written and spoken)
