We are looking for experienced Legal Domain Experts / SMEs to support the evaluation of AI-generated legal content. The role involves reviewing legal research, statutory interpretation, legal reasoning, citations, drafting, and factual accuracy.

Priority Requirements

We are currently hiring experts in:

US Corporate Law – Entity governance, corporate formation, commercial disputes, fiduciary duties, transactional drafting.

US Securities Law – FINRA compliance, Rule 3270, Forms U4/U5, BrokerCheck, SEC enforcement.

US Employment & Labor Law – FMLA, FLSA, wage & hour, restrictive covenants, licensing/bar discipline.

Philippines Corporate Law – Commercial contracts, debt collection, registry compliance, SEC Philippines, appellate jurisprudence.

China IP / Patent Law – CNIPA standards, patentability, inventive-step analysis, patent examination, claims drafting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated legal research and responses.
  • Verify citations and supporting legal authorities.
  • Assess jurisdictional accuracy and legal reasoning.
  • Identify factual errors, unsupported claims, and reasoning gaps.
  • Create objective evaluation criteria and rubrics.
  • Review legal drafting and provide structured feedback.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney, legal researcher, or senior paralegal.
  • 3+ years of relevant legal practice or research experience.
  • Strong expertise in the applicable jurisdiction and specialty.
  • Verifiable legal qualification, bar/license, or relevant credentials.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and fact-checking skills.

Engagement

  • Remote and flexible
  • Contract / ongoing assignments
  • Approximately 10–15 hours per evaluation task
  • Initial calibration exercise followed by potential recurring work
