Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Subject MatterExpert(SME)oftheManufacturing/Packagingtrainingprocessatthesite.

• LeadallOperationaltraininginitiativesatthesite.

• Support allleaninitiativesatthesiteasitrelatestoManufacturing/Packagingtraining.

• Audittrainingdocumentationtoensurecompliancewithjobperformancevs.qualifications.

• Monitor on-the-jobtrainingeffortstoensurethattheyarebeingconductedinalignmentwithtrainingplans.

• Supportfrontlinesupervisioninthedevelopment,coordination,executionandfollow-throughofnewemployeetraining.

• AssesstrainingneedsthroughoutManufacturing/Packagingandaddressanygapsthatareidentified.

• MaintainanOperatorCapabilityMatrixforallManufacturing/Packagingemployees.

• Authoranddelivertechnicaltraining.

• Assistinthedevelopmentoftrainingmodulesassociatedwithcurrentandnewprocesses/equipment.

• RepresenttheManufacturing/Packagingtrainingteamduringregulatorybodyinspections.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and five (5) years of relevant experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

• TrainingCertificationpreferred.

• Mustpossessknowledgeofmanufacturingprocessesandproductionenvironments.Musthaveknowledgeofadultlearningtheories, competency-based training processes and select parts of GMP/Compliance regulations as it relates to trainingrequirements.

• Must possess leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, creative thinking, communication, writing, time management,organizationalandanalyticalprocessingskills.MustpossessstrongcomputerskillsincludingallMicrosoftOfficeprograms(Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook,Teams).KnowledgeofMyUniversity,Percipio,WorkDayand Documentumpreferred.

Exact compensation may vary based on items such as skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position is:$66,000 - $127,000.
