LDR Manager – North Asia (China, Japan, Korea)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Shanghai, China. Seoul, Korea.

Reports To: Director, Lead Development – APAC

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-drivenLDR Manager to lead and scale our Lead Development function acrossChina, Japan, and Korea. This role is critical in drivingnet-new pipeline generation, ensuring strongpipeline volume, value, and velocity, and building a high-performing, future-ready team.

The ideal candidate brings a blend ofoperational rigor, coaching excellence, and strategic stakeholder management, with a strong interest in leveragingAI and modern sales technologies to improve productivity and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline & Business Impact

  • Own and drivenet-new pipeline generation across North Asia markets

  • Deliver measurable impact on:

    • Pipeline volume

    • Pipeline value

    • Pipeline velocity

  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align ontarget accounts, campaigns, and conversion goals

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of LDRs across China, Japan, and Korea

  • Establish clearKPIs, activity benchmarks, and performance expectations

  • Conduct regular1:1s, performance reviews, and pipeline inspections

  • Drive a culture ofaccountability, continuous improvement, and excellence

People Development

  • Commit to bothshort-term performance improvement andlong-term career development of team members

  • Buildindividual personal development plans (PDPs) and career pathways

  • Identify and nurturefuture sales talent and leaders

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Act as a strong liaison betweenSales, Marketing, and Regional Leadership

  • Provide consistent, clear updates on:

    • Pipeline performance

    • Team productivity

    • Market insights

  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to optimize pipeline generation strategies

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Drive disciplined use of CRM and sales engagement tools

  • Prepare and presentregular performance reports, dashboards, and insights

  • Continuously optimize workflows, processes, and cadences for efficiency and effectiveness

AI & Productivity Enablement

  • Champion the adoption ofAI-powered tools and automation in LDR workflows

  • Identify opportunities to improve:

    • Prospecting efficiency

    • Personalization at scale

    • Data quality and insights

  • Foster a culture ofinnovation and experimentation within the team

Requirements

Core Qualifications

  • 3+ years proven experience inLDR/BDR/Inside Sales leadership

  • Strong track record ofmeeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets

  • Experience managingregional or multi-country teams (preferred: North Asia)

  • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpretpipeline data and performance metrics

  • Demonstrated success inperformance management and coaching

  • Ability to operate in afast-paced, matrixed environment

  • High level ofownership, accountability, and execution focus

Technology & Tools (Preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Salesforce

    • Outreach.io (or similar sales engagement platforms)

    • ZoomInfo, Lusha (or equivalent data providers)

  • Ability to build reports and dashboards forbusiness insights

Nice to Have

  • Stronginterest in AI and emerging sales technologies

  • Experience integrating AI intosales development workflows

  • Exposure to automation, personalization, and data-driven prospecting techniques
