Lead Data Analyst

We are looking for aLead Data Analyst to drive the full analytics lifecycle and empower the organization to make data-driven decisions at scale. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, build robust reporting systems, and solve complex strategic problems through rigorous data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full analytics lifecycle: requirement gathering, data collection, data modeling, visualization, analysis, and actionable insights
• Identify issues, form hypotheses, and run deep-dive analyses to convert data into actionable insights and recommendations for internal partners
• Enable the organization to stay highly data-driven as it scales by delivering ad hoc analyses, conducting research, and building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs, including defining critical success metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights that support business strategy
• Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems into clear analytical approaches
• Monitor key performance metrics and determine root causes of metric changes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Analysis
• Proficiency in data collection, data modeling, and visualization
• Hands-on experience performing ad hoc analyses and carrying out research
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
• Strong capability to define critical success metrics and KPIs
• Proven track record of structuring complex and ambiguous strategic problems
• Solid understanding of root causes behind shifts in key performance metrics
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
