We are building a resilient hybrid cloud networking layer and need aLead Cloud and Network Engineer to own cloud-to-network connectivity end-to-end. You will validate AWS Direct Connect paths, diagnose complex hybrid issues, and use Claude Code to interpret logs across cloud and on-premises systems. Apply now.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the interaction between cloud infrastructure and network systems with a focus on hybrid cloud networking
  • Validate and evaluate how AWS Direct Connect connects applications to the cloud
  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity incidents across hybrid environments
  • Resolve complex and hard-to-trace networking issues spanning cloud and on-prem systems
  • Oversee network constructs including ACLs, ALBs/load balancers, and transit gateways
  • Use Claude Code extensively to analyze and interpret logs for connectivity signals
  • Review Claude log evaluations to isolate root causes and drive fixes for network issues
  • Evaluate complex network architectures and diagnose design or routing problems
  • Optimize infrastructure provisioning and configuration workflows using Terraform and Ansible

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in cloud and network engineering roles
  • Strong background in AWS Direct Connect and hybrid cloud networking
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to use Anthropic Claude Code for log analysis and investigation
  • Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices
  • Working knowledge of network constructs, ACLs, ALBs/load balancers, and transit gateways
  • Excellent troubleshooting capability to diagnose and resolve complex network and connectivity challenges
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to Have

  • Certifications such as CCIE
  • Exposure to Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure
  • Track record of resolving issues in multi-cloud environments
