We're building new products:

  • Flipper One — a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC.

  • BUSY Bar — a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience, including hands-on experience with international and cross-border matters involving theUS, UK, and EU jurisdictions

  • Practical experience incorporate and commercial law

  • Experience in intellectual property(IP) law

  • Experience working with and coordinatingexternal legal counsel

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, andbuild legal processes from scratch

  • Fluent Russian and B2+ English, with sufficient proficiency to review and negotiate contracts and communicate effectively with external counsel and counterparties

  • Abusiness-oriented, hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide practical, commercially minded legal advice

Nice-to-have

  • Experience inconsumer electronics, hardware, or an international product company

  • Practical experience withUAE and Chinese law

  • Alternatively, relevant experience at alaw firm, particularly advising international or technology-focused clients

Responsibilites

  • Provide day-to-day legal support to the business

  • Handlecorporate and commercial law matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts

  • Support the company oncross-border and international legal matters across multiple jurisdictions

  • Independently handle routine legal matters and provide practical legal advice to the business

  • Identify complex or jurisdiction-specific matters requiring external expertise, engage appropriateexternal legal counsel, and coordinate their work
