Laborant / Teamleiter Labor (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung vonInfektionsserologie undNAT-Testungen
  • Tätigkeiten in derklinischen Chemie,Immunhämatologie undHämatologie
  • Fachliche Führung und Anleitung der Labormitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung und Pflege derDokumentation gemäß GMP-Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung des Labormanagers, u. a. bei:
    • Lager- und Materialverwaltung
    • Dienst- und Einsatzplanung
    • Optimierung von Laborprozessen
  • Mitarbeit imoperativen Tagesgeschäft, z. B. im Bestellwesen und in der Abwicklung externer Dienstleistungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung alsMTLA oder in einem vergleichbaren labormedizinischen Beruf (z. B. BTA, CTA)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mitmodernen Analysenautomaten
  • Erfahrung in derMitarbeiterführung
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß anFlexibilität,Qualitäts- undVerantwortungsbewusstsein
  • AusgeprägteOrganisationsfähigkeit undTeamorientierung
  • Sehr gutekommunikative, soziale und emotionale Kompetenz
  • Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
