Junior SAP SD Consultant

We are looking for a Junior SAP SD Consultant to support daily operations and maintenance of the SAP SD module, with a focus on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge ofSAP SD configuration (SPRO).
• Good understanding ofOTC processes and their management in SAP at a key-user level.
• Familiarity withCustomer and Material Master Data andPricing.
• Familiarity withLSMW, MASS, and Layout Management.
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• English — very good level, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support and train users onOTC processes in SAP, including order management, delivery, and billing.
• Assist withpricing configuration and provide basic troubleshooting support.
• Provide day-to-day user support and manage support tickets.
• Assist with configuring, testing, and implementing newSAP SD features and enhancements.
• Support ongoingsystem maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with developers on system changes, fixes, and enhancements.
