Junior Deployment Lead

What would you do?

• Lead and coordinate multiple technology implementation projects across LATAM, ensuring they are delivered on time, with quality and according to agreed scope.

• Work closely with Deployment Specialists and Solutions Engineers to keep projects organized, identify risks, resolve blockers and ensure clear next steps.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Engineering and Solutions, as well as technical and business stakeholders on the client side.

• Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables and dependencies throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Support clients from the initial implementation phase through testing and Go-Live, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success.

• Act as a key point of escalation when projects face challenges, helping teams find solutions and keep implementations moving forward.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively, even in high-pressure or complex situations.

• Contribute to improving project management processes, team organization and overall deployment performance.
  

🙌🏼 Your experience has been shaped by

• 2+ years of experience inProject Management, Implementation, Delivery or a similar role.

• Experience managing technology projects, ideally involvingsoftware, SaaS, e-commerce, retail or digital solutions.

• Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Experience working directly with clients and managing expectations throughout a project lifecycle.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such asAgile, Scrum, Waterfall or similar frameworks.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly with technical or technology-related teams.

• Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.

• Experience ine-commerce, retail, logistics or supply chain is a plus.

• English proficiency.
