Job Title: IT Architect for Integrations
Location:Cracow, Hybrid (3 days a week from office)
The Solution Architectis responsible for developing andoptimizing theglobalIntegration solution design to meetthe agreed company andbusiness requirements. Defining and designing Integration technologiesand E2E integration solutions, making suretheyoffer aconsolidated, efficient integration service, whilereflecting bestindustry trends and the “consumer” needs. All in asecure and compliantway. This position requiresan experttechnical background, deepunderstandingand leadershipof architectural principles, along with the ability toinfluence and collaborate withall levels of stakeholders throughoutsoftware development lifecycle. .
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining the solution roadmap,supporting the scoping and technical planning of integrations in alignment with the Global Enterprise Architecture.
- Lead therationalization of integration technologies to deliver a best-in-class, reliable and scalableGalderma integration framework.
- Defining andmaintaining the solution architecture& design to enable successful project delivery and meet agreedbusinessrequirements.
- Communicate and consult withcustomers and internal stakeholders to developappropriatestandards,solutions and improvements,supervising and guidingthe development teams.
- Translates business requirements into solution design and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with theFunctional and Business Owners,agreeing the final solution, resources,timescales and cost estimates for any given delivery request.
- Continuallyinnovate. Research the current andemerging technologies,proposing and leading architectural advancement and integration changes where needed to all levels of the organization.
- Overseeing the detailed requirements,design and deliverablesby the Development Teams (nearshore and offshore suppliers)
- Lead theIntegrations Architect Board, ensuring all changes and projects match agreed integration patterns, developing and approving new ones where needed (formal Sign-off).
- Contribute to the definition of processes and procedureswhich influence the quality ofintegrationdelivery and support.
- Ensurean E2E architecturalalignmentthroughcollaboration with otherGalderma ITArchitectsand the global strategy team, setting up andparticipating in global review boards to ensure best practices as needed.
- Operationally contribute totheservice delivery activities by detecting potential risks, analyzing reoccurringproblems andassistingthe supportteam with technicalexpertise.
- Ensure architectural alignment to GaldermaGxP requirements and active standards and operating procedures (leading the creation of new ones where needed).
- The master and owner of the overall global Galderma integration architecture.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ yearsworking in application delivery and support.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IntegrationArchitect role,within a global corporate setting.
- Ground level experience in Application Integration implementation and support across various technologies isa must.
- Deep understanding of Software Engineering, Architectural Standards and principles, Enterprise Architecture and linking E2E solution designs
- Experience working with leading Integrations relatedtechnologies and vendors (Boomi, Solace,Blueway, Go-Anywhere, Informatica, Azure etc.)
- Experience with APIs and Application specific point to point integrations (M3 MEC/ION, Oracle OIC, other)
- Fluent inEnglish
