The Role

Solera is seeking an Implementation Associate to support our operations in Seville, Spain. As an Implementation Associate, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of our software solutions. You will report to the Head of Implementation and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality implementation services to our customers.

What You’ll Do

- Assist clients inmigrating from their legacy estimating platformsto Qapter, ensuring a smooth transition withminimal disruptionto their operations.

-Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements,generate SOWsto ensure consistency and ensure successful implementation of Solera’s software solutions.

- Develop andmaintain implementation documentation, including user guides and project plans to ensure clarity and consistency.

- BecomeSME on product suiteto advise Solera's customers on best workflows and configurations to meet the customers needs and add value

- Work withcross-functional teamsto identify and address any technical issues during the implementation process.

-Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.

- Provide ongoing support to clientspost-implementation, addressing any inquiries or technical issues as they arise.

- Gather feedback from clients to improve the implementation process and ensure ahigh level of customer satisfaction.

-Analyze implementation metricsandperformance datato identify trends and recommend improvements.

-Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to align implementation efforts with business objectives and customer needs.

- Participate incontinuous improvement initiativesto enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.

What You’ll Bring

- A strong understanding of automotive standards and processes, particularly forbodyshopsegment.

- Proven expereience in deliveringSaaS UI & API impelementationsat scale

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in aclear and concisemanner.

-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with participants and stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel to various locations to as role requires(<20% travel).

- Proficiency in using tools such asSalesforce, JIRA, PowerBI

- Experience with legacy system migrations, particularly in the context of estimating platforms or software solutions.

-Knowledge of the automotive industryand experience in collision repair or related fields is preferred.
